To register, please complete the enclosed registration form and send it with your remittance for the registration fees in the correct amount to the Symposium Executive Committee Secretary by mail or fax. Registrations will not be processed unless full payment is received. Please register only one person per form and retain a copy.
The registration fees cover the cost of Abstract Volume, shuttle bus services from guest houses/hotels to the Umuttepe Campus, lunch and dinner (included domestic alcoholic beverages), coffee/tea breaks, and receptions.
On-site registration will also be available at the Registration Desk located in the Umuttepe Campus. All registrations received after June 20, 2009 will be considered as ON-SITE registration and charged accordingly. No registrations should be mailed or faxed after June 20, 2009. The remaining registrations will be handled at the Umuttepe Campus.

Symposium registration fees, the charges for excursions and accommodation reservations must be paid in full when submitting the enclosed registration forms. All requests for additions, changes, and cancellations must be made in writing and received by July 20, 2009. Executive Committee will refund pre-registration fees and cancellations received in writing by July 20, 2009. No refunds will be made on cancellation notices received after this date. Refunds will be transferred after the Symposium.
